The Institute of Historical Research is one of ten member Institutes of the School of Advanced Study, part of the University of London.
However, after nearly 100 years, it was felt that its identity and public face were in need of refreshing.
We were commissioned to explore ways of evolving the identity and brand architecture that would create a more contemporary look and feel for the organisation without the requirement for wholesale changes to signage, organisational structure or marketing process.
